Te Whatu Ora, Health New Zealand, leads the day-to-day running of our health system across New Zealand, with functions delivered at local, district, regional and national levels. It weaves the functions of the 20 former District Health Boards into its regional divisions and district offices, ensuring continuity of services in the health system.

**Mō te tūnga | About the role**

As a Cardiology Consultant, you will be responsible for the comprehensive care of both inpatients and outpatients within the field of general Cardiology. Your expertise will be pivotal in delivering specialised care across a diverse range of Cardiology cases. Your role will involve active participation in a collaborative team, contributing to clinical practice. You will work at Christchurch Hospital and in our outreach clinics. This role is a Fixed Term period, commencing **29 February 2025 for 12months. **Applications to work for a part of this time will be considered.
