**Summerset Wigram is looking for an exceptional Caregiver to join our team on a Fixed Term contract**

At Summerset we are here to bring the best of life to our residents. To do this, we know we need to take care of our people to form a team who are strong enough to care, operate as one team, and strive to do their best.

This is a busy and diverse role, assisting residents with their day-to-day activities such as showering, delivering meals and much more. Therefore, you will need to be resilient, kind and patient, while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in personal care.

This is a fixed term contract until 1 January 2025.

You will be working the following shifts:

- Wednesday - 4.30pm - 10pm
- Thursday - 3pm - 11pm
- Friday - 3pm - 11pm
- Saturday - 3pm - 11pm

**Qualifications**:

- have experience in aged care and or have a qualification relevant to the role.
- have genuine compassion for all kinds of people from all walks of life.
- be a team player and be able to manage your time well in order to complete all your tasks.

**Additional Information**:
**To recognise the important work that you do for our residents, we offer many great benefits such as**:

- $25.39-$29.95 per hour based on your experience and or qualifications
- Weekend rates of an additional **40 percent** of the hourly rate
- Time and one half for all work or shifts over 8 hours in a day

- We offer career progression and support for those looking to develop their skills further in the aged care industry.
