**ABOUT THE COMPANY & ROLE**

The organisation itself is very much a name on most people’s lips in that there is a very high possibility that they have provided services such as entertainment, tourism or travel solutions to you. They are very much a Tier #1 brand across a great deal of the world.

We are urgently seeking x1 EUC Engineer to onboard immediately. The role will include a mix of responsibilities between general BAU support as well as providing expert knowledge and experience on small to large projects across the EUC pillar.
- **English Communication -** A1 level communication due to the multiple and diverse internal users that you will be offering both phone based and face to face support for numerous users.
- **Administration / Engineering experience** - Atleast 3yrs experience in an M365 environment. This must include Level 2/3 related phone support along with hands-on user support and troubleshooting.
- **M365 / O365 **- 3yrs minimum commercial experience
- **MS InTune **- (3yrs min) essentially, you will need to have commercial experience with InTune
- **Wintel** - experience with Windows 10 and Windows Servers
- **Mobile Support** - expertise in managing and supporting iOS and Android Devices with MDM.
- **Active Directory **- experience with Azure AD
- **Other - **Powershell, M365 admin modules, AutoPilot, SCCM Co-Management, Enterprise Mobility, Citrix (bonus)
