A permanent opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Postgraduate Applied Management Lecturer to join our Auckland Team in a full-time capacity. Reporting through to our Auckland Campus Director this position is a pivotal role within our organisation dedicated to key points of role.

**Key Responsibilities for the role include**:

- Effectively facilitate the learning process through a wide variety of experiences and activities by encouraging students to participate in and accept responsibility for their own learning.
- Provide relevant practical learning experiences.
- Actively participate in Research activities as agreed and approved by the Research Manager
- Deliver Research outputs as agreed and approved by the Auckland Campus Director.
- Maintain professional standards of practice and act as a role model.
- Deliver high-quality lectures, workshops, and training sessions Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering their growth and skill development.
- Develop and update curriculum to align with industry standards and emerging trends
- Recent experience in the business industry in New Zealand
- Wide range of management experiences in New Zealand
- Teaching experience at tertiary level up to levels 8 and 9
- Postgraduate degree in management or a related field.
- Doctor of Philosophy or equivalent postgraduate qualification desirable.
- Experience in using educational technologies in learning and teaching practice. This may include but is not limited to, learning management systems (e.g. Moodle/Blackboard), web conferencing & online facilitation tools (e.g. Adobe Connect, MS Teams, Wimba) and content authoring tools.
- Teaching qualification.
- Well-developed oral, written, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to plan and meet deadlines.
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
