**About Bluebridge**

StraitNZ Bluebridge is a freight and passenger shipping company, we carry passengers, vehicles and freight between Wellington and Picton up to four times daily on our two ships the Strait Feronia and the Connemara.

**About the role**

A true HR generalist position, you will be the first point of contact for all HR related enquiries, you will report directly to the Group HR Manager.

You'll have the chance to engage across the entire HR function.

From focusing on recruitment, you will be running the full recruitment and onboarding process, to offering advice on employment relations, you'll play a pivotal role in our growing organisation’s success.

Your role will extend to performance management and accurately processing out fortnightly payroll.

**What are we looking for?**

Ideally, you should have 2-3 years of HR experience, supported by excellent communication skills.

Your proactive attitude, coupled with your ability to build relationships and maintain a positive mindset, will set you up for success.

You should be adaptable and confident, capable of tailoring your approach to meet the diverse needs of our leadership team.
