**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

Downer hold a long-term Asset Management and Facilities Management contract with the Department of Corrections and the Ministry of Justice that proactively manages and delivers to the national portfolio of facilities including 15 prisons, 98 courts and 99 community correctional sites.

Reporting to the National Administration Manager, the Service Delivery Coordinator is an essential support role Working closely with the Site Manager, Technical Trade team and sub-contractors you’ll be responsible for ensuring resources are scheduled and allocated to ensure we deliver the preferred outcomes for our customers. This role is based on site at the Whanganui Prison.

Working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines, a day in the life will include:

- Delivering administration functions including invoice management and processing with quality and within agreed timeframes.
- Direct Field Staff and Sub-Contractors to ensure Contractual KPIs are met, and works can be delivered at times suitable to the customer.
- Develop ad hoc status and progress reports & manage the work schedule board and adjust dynamically to meet KPIs.

Your excellent communication and relationship building skills will be vital in your day-to-day dealings with internal and external contract teams. You will also:

- Be a team player who collaborates and communicates effectively in this high-volume, time-based environment.
- Have a curious & tech-savvy nature with the ability to confidently operate the MS Office suite.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment working in Admin/Scheduling/Planning
