Mobile Lead

**The Role**:
We have an opportunity for an experienced development manager to lead a small team of mobile software engineers.
**You will fit in well here if**:

- You are wanting to own a product portfolio from concept to delivery, and its life in the market.
- You understand good software, architecture, and take ownership of your work.

**We'll expect you to have**:
- Experience leading small to medium sized software development teams
- Experience delivering high quality, complex, software projects
- Sound technical proficiency in a relevant area (Android, iOS, C# or Typescript/HTML/JS)
- Experience with modern distributed systems and related concepts (Rest, OAuth, Security, Scalability)
- Experience developing and retaining good engineering talent
**It's great, but not required to have**:
- Experience in React, React Native, Swift, Kotlin
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Containerization, Kubernetes
- Experience with Agile Methodologies
