**About Connetics**

With our head office in Christchurch and another depot in Cromwell and Tawa, we’re responsible for constructing and maintaining electricity networks including overhead and underground lines and equipment across these locations. Providing such a critical service is no easy task, and we know that to be the best, our people need to be connected, safe, and involved.

**About the role**

Reporting to the National Supply Chain Manager, this role will deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients alike, ensuring any service or inventory issues are dealt with promptly and effectively, providing consistency of processes within the warehouse, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

This role is responsible for providing operational leadership to achieve performance in all aspects of customer services and warehousing. As a key member of the warehouse team, you'll ensure products are moved safely and efficiently through the warehouse.

You will work actively and hands-on to manage the inwards and outwards goods functions of our warehouse. Your main objective will be to ensure professional service is delivered to our customers and contractors.

**The Role**

Responsible for all aspects of the Warehouse including fulfilling purchase orders, inwards and outwards goods, inventory control, reporting, stock management, staff supervision, warehouse management and client relationships.

**What you will bring**

We are looking for someone who has 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role and who holds a forklift license and ‘F’ endorsement. To be successful you will have a great work ethic, an excellent communications style and pride yourself on your customer service skills. You be able to work autonomously, have awareness and knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and be willing to get stuck in and help the wider Supply and Logistics Team.
