We’re looking for a Reservations Manager to join our team.

**Your day to day**

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of the Reservations department and execute operational plans to meet Hotel sales targets. As Reservations Manager, you will:

- Manage the daily operations of reservations
- Actively contribute to yield management, inventory management and revenue generation
- Provide current, accurate information on both the internal reservation situation and the external market with which the hotel operates.
- Lead, coach and support the team that looks after all FIT reservations and group enquiries

**What we need from you**
- Two years experience in Hotel Reservations with at least 6 months supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with enthusiasm to work as a team to provide a high level of service to all guests
- Comprehension of hotel Property Management Systems and revenue management principles
- Strategic and tactical thinker - ability to develop strategic plans, establish goals and objectives, set performance targets and deliver projects on time, strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Tertiary qualification in Hotel Management, Business Administration or similar.
