**Our Opportunity**:
We are looking for 2 experienced commercial fish filleters to join our growing Finfish team, on our new site in Porirua.

**Key Tasks**:

- Filleting and processing of fish species within set time frames, which meet quality food and safety standards
- Processing, grading and packing of fish
- General labouring and quality control responsibilities

This is a team-based role, so you need to enjoy working with others, supporting your team and ensuring together targets are met, you keep each other safe, and products is delivered to a premium standard.

We operate our factories and processing functions to the strictest standard of food safety and compliance. It requires every one of our people to be committed to achieving this high standard, adhering to all health & safety requirements and aligning behaviour, performance and engagement to our values and code of conduct.

**What You Will Bring**:
As a team player, with a strong work ethic, you will be hard working and physically fit. Honest and reliable, you will enjoy learning new skills, working with good people and following processes.

You must be reliable, efficient, possess a great attitude and have proven knife hand and/or commercial filleting skills to be considered for these jobs.

To be eligible for these roles you must be legally able to work for Moana NZ and in NZ.
