**Are you looking to work in a modern, world renowned tertiary hospital that provides a comprehensive orientation and on-going education in a supportive team based environment?**

We are seeking an experienced registered nurse with strong leadership and advanced nursing skills for the role of Nurse Specialist - Renal Transplant. Your primary focus will be to provide specialist nursing care and/or case management when required to the Renal Transplant patient population. Your responsibilities include overall patient management ranging from independent patient assessment, co-ordination of medical and nursing staff, education of staff, patients and the community, as well as long term follow-up of patients.

This is a fixed term
- part time (0.8 FTE) Monday to Friday role You will also be joining a great team environment and working with a dedicated team.

The successful applicant will have extensive nursing experience and be practicing at a senior level preferably with a postgraduate certificate or diploma in speciality nursing practice.
