We are seeking a skilled and experienced ICT and Telecommunication Technician.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Design, install, and maintain network infrastructure, including switching and fibre optic systems.
Conduct outside plant (OSP) work, including fibre optic cable installations and terminations.
Perform network configuration, testing, and optimization for seamless operations.
Operate and maintain radio frequency (RF) testers and analyzers to ensure high-quality network performance.
Provide operations and maintenance (O&M) support for telecommunications systems.
Work on the configuration and troubleshooting of Class 5 soft switch telecom systems.
Test and analyze Voice over IP (VoIP) protocols to ensure reliable and secure communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain telecommunications solutions.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
3-4 years of hands-on experience in ICT and telecommunications.
Proficiency in switching, OSP, fibre optic systems, and network design.
Strong understanding of radio frequency testing, analysis, and troubleshooting.
Experience in configuring and maintaining Class 5 soft switches.
Solid knowledge of VoIP protocols and their implementation.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
**Academic Qualification**:
**Minimum 3 years diploma**: IT, Electronics
OR
**Bachelor’s degree**: Telecommunications, IT, Electronics.
**Preferred Certifications (Optional)**:
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT)
VoIP and Telecom Certifications
