Our valuable client is requiring a Technical Instructor with experience in the Aviation space, with strong CNS knowledge background, to be an Instructor, leading the Technical plus computer-based training. To coach and mentor staff, especially the new Graduates, plus the new CNS Technicians, coordinators, as well as refreshing the existing techs. You will report to the Manager of Technical Training,

**You will be responsible for**:

- **Determining training requirements and write syllabus.**:

- Design, Develop and deliver the training to the group.
- Write and publish maintenance documentation
- Proactively demonstrate the safety requirements.
- Good clear communication of documentation.
- Travelling to other NZ locations and sometimes Internationally.

**You will need the following**:

- **A University qualification in a Technology or equivalent.**:

- A Registered Electrical Service Technician, or EAS endorsed or obtain.
- Experience in one or more CNS Technology systems and equipment
- Knowledge of ATSEP
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
- To have Instructional design techniques.
