We are looking for Technical Trainers to join our Future State team to deliver technical asset-based training to our Maintenance Teams.

We are looking for experienced people that are passionate about sharing their knowledge and experience and developing our Mechanical Engineers.

Your Role:

  • In this role, you will Develop and Deliver Technical Training to ensure our staff have the skills to maintain and diagnose faults for our assists and components.
  • Your roll will cover taking responsibility for your allocated region by working with Regional and site Leaders to identify training requirements and identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • You will also be required to help and deliver training to other regions that match your core skills

Your Skills:

We are looking for a strong broad technical knowledge and experience across RSAS fleets.

Although it is unlikely one person will hold all the required you will share our skills between this group:

  • Detailoriented, with a keen eye for identifying process efficiencies
  • Experienced in Mechanical / Electrical maintenance
  • Developing and Delivering training resources
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to build strong relationships and the willingness to go the extra mile
  • Comfortable taking ownership
  • Easily adaptable to changing priorities
