**SkyCity has two beautiful properties within metres of each other - The Grand by SkyCity is a 5 star property and SkyCity Hotel is a 4.5 star property. Busy and fast paced environments with a team of professionals who know how to look after their guests and win awards for doing so.**

As a Reservation Groups Specialist, it will be your responsibility to ensure that all hotel enquiries for SkyCity Hotel and The Grand by SkyCity Hotel are dealt with in a friendly, pro active and efficient manner. In doing this, you will manage reservations through high demand periods, liaise with VIP clients, manage meet and greets with guests, tour leaders and agents.

Building strong relationships across the business including Sales, Hotels operational staff tour operators and Marketing will ensure you are successful in this role.
