**Available Positions**:

- **Asphalt Labourer**
- **Class 2 Driver/Labourer**
- **Machine Operators**

**Shift Details**:

- **Night Shift**: 7 PM start time

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Asphalt Labourer**:

- Assist with the preparation of work sites including grading, levelling, and compacting.
- Handle tools and equipment necessary for asphalt paving.
- Spread, level, and smooth asphalt using rakes, shovels, and trowels.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work site.
- Support the crew with various tasks as needed.
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home for work as needed.

**Class 2 Driver**:

- Safely operate Class 2 vehicles to transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of work sites.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and maintenance.
- Follow all safety and traffic regulations.
- Assist with the preparation and setup of work sites.
- Assist other crew members as needed.
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home for work as needed.

**Machine Operators**:

- Operate asphalt paving equipment such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery.
- Ensure proper compaction and smoothness of the finished surface.
- Work closely with the crew to ensure efficient operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment.
- Assist other crew members as needed.
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home for work as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in asphalt paving or construction is required.
- For Labourer: Restricted licence as a minimum with a clean driving record
- For Class 2 Drivers: Valid Class 2 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- For Machine Operators: Proficiency in operating paving machinery.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
- Able to pass a drug test
