- This role provides critical systems support including risk manager, vault and support for our systems including document control and alignment for group information. The role provisions support for HSW automated systems and actively seeks opportunities to create self-service systems which are intuitive for our teams and improve the accessibility to HSW information for our people and suppliers.

**Day to day you will be involved in**:Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding health, safety, and wellbeing system inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support
-Analyse data and generate reports to track trends, identify areas of concern, and communicate insights to management for informed decision-making.
- Ensure updates are made to systems as required reflecting the business requests for additional information
- Ensure audit and monitoring scheduling is completed as per requirements
- Develop updates for systems to ensure requirements for use are communicated to the required audience
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of safety practices.
