**About the Role**:
You will be well rewarded, as a leader of the workshop team, working within a state-of-the-art facility with the latest diagnostic equipment. With a team of 17 direct reports, along with Technicians, your team consists of 2 Administrators, 1 Service Advisor and an Electrical Supervisor

**About You**:

- Proven experience leading a team of qualified technicians and apprentices.
- Ensure a safe work environment.
- Seek efficiencies within the workshop.
- Exhibit outstanding customer service and care.
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Training and staff development
- Fix Right First-Time attitude
- Dealership experience preferable
- Electrical and hydraulic knowledge (advantageous)
- Ambitious, enthusiastic, and reliable
- Well presented, motivated and eager to learn.
- Heavy Vehicle Trade Qualification
- Sound computer and administrative skills
- Strong problem-solving attitude.
- Experience in timely and quality decision making skills under pressure.
