**Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position)**

The principle focus of this permanent 0.8FTE role is to provide holistic specialist nurse assessment, care and education to patients and whanau diagnosed with cancer.

**Ko wai he kaitono tōtika? (Who is an appropriate applicant?**

You will have a minimum of five years post-registration experience, including caring for adults with cancer. You will have demonstrated advanced nursing practice skill, knowledge and capability - evidenced through participation in service and care planning within multidisciplinary teams of professionals, focused on effective delivery of care to this specialised client group.

You will also have:

- A current Proficient or Expert level PDRP portfolio.
- Proven leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills integral to continuity of service delivery.
- Good time management skills and ability to manage work in a planned and coordinated manner.
- A current full driver’s license with no endorsements.
- A post -graduate nursing qualification is desirable.
