**Job description**:
Are you a skilled tradesperson with a knack for leadership? We're on the lookout for a Trades Supervisor to lead our Building Services teams. As a Trades Supervisor, you'll be in the driver's seat for operational duties, ensuring top-notch work quality, seamless project management, and unbeatable client satisfaction.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Roll up your sleeves and tackle assigned trades tasks promptly. Your craftsmanship will set the bar high for site quality audits.
- Lead and manage trades projects effectively. Your knack for efficiency ensures every job is delivered like clockwork.
- Rally your trades team to victory by guiding them to peak performance. Your leadership will ignite their motivation and teamwork.
- Become the go-to point for clients. Your top-notch communication skills will smooth out any bumps and keep projects on track.
- Safety first, always. Your watchful eye will ensure our work sites are secure, complying with health and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven trades experience, paired with a natural flair for leadership.
- Organizational expertise to manage tasks, teams, and time like an expert.
- Stellar communication skills for client interactions and team coordination.
- Safety-conscious attitude, making sure everyone goes home in one piece.
- Collaborative spirit that thrives in a team-driven environment.
