Rollingstones Ltd is looking for full-time permanent supervisor to work alongside a great team. The role is based in Whakatane Region, and you will need to do a minimum of 30 hours per week. Pay rate for this role will be 22.50 NZD per hour and you must be flexible to work on weekends as well. As a supervisor, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1) Managing and motivating your team to align with company values and expectations.

2) Assist the Director/Manager in Planning and managing rosters and wages.

3) Provide training to your team regarding new cleaning products and their uses.

4) Assist the Director/Manager in stock Management of cleaning products.

5) Handling customer concerns when necessary and ensuring the customer is satisfied with the resolved issue and service you have provided.

6) Ensuring that every customer receives excellent service.

7) Schedule and manage bookings and appointments.

8) Receive incoming calls.

9) Assist to recruit, train and discharge staff under the supervision of Director/Manager

10) Assist in creating Marketing strategies to attract new customers.

11) Maintain a healthy and strong relationships with customers.

12) Provide a safe working environment for all team members by ensuring that company standards are met

13) In the absence of any staff member, you might need to clean floors and rooms including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.

14) To perform additional duties as needed

To perform this role, you must have either a minimum level 3 certificate in any field or 1-year relevant work experience.

Also, you must hold NZ driving license or Equivalent overseas driving license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
