The Butchery Supervisor at PAK n SAVE Cameron Road will not only needs to be a qualified butcher, but they must also have great leadership skills and experience, enjoy being hands on and getting involved with the team and operations.

In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Butchery Manager with day-to-day operation of the department through setting and upholding standards, ensuring quality staff training, achieving financial targets, maintaining compliance of price integrity, food safety, and health & safety. While delivering consistently high standards of customer service.

The role requires
- A recognised Butchery qualification and/or butchery experience
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent leadership skills
- SAP experience/knowledge
- Ability to prioritise appropriately
- Passion for quality
- Excellent understanding of Food Safety and Health and Safety
- Good communication skills
- The willingness to work at least one day in the weekend
- Good understanding of written and spoken English
- The right to work in New Zealand

**Days & Hours**

Tuesday to Saturday 0500-1430
