**About the role - Atu mo te mahi**
Reporting into the Head of Finance and working as part of the Finance team to provide high-quality accounting services that support the delivery of accurate, timely and reliable financial information. Work is focussed on ensuring financial systems and processes operate effectively and efficiently ensuring the leaders across the business have access to accurate and timely information.

**Key tasks and accountabilities**:

- Ensure all invoices are paid correctly and on time
- Organising weekly/ monthly payment runs
- Bank/credit card reconciliations& analysis
- Prepare month/year end reconciliations file
- Preparing daily/monthly/yearly reports
- Assist in internal & external audit process
- Prepare month/year end reconciliations
- Compile special reports or investigations as requested
- Support and promote Health and Safety policy and systems

**About you - Pehea koe**
- Proven experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable
- Strong understanding of Financial Accounting, Bookkeeping and Accounting skills
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to work independently and have strong initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and co-operatively
- Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to set/handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Methodical and remains calm under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential (written & verbal)
