A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a customer focused, empathetic, self-motivated, process driven, experienced administrator to join our friendly, supportive and hardworking multidisciplinary teams of professionals.
Based on Springs Road in East Tamaki, Family mental health provides a wide range of community based mental health & addictions services. This is a permanent full time working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday.
Previous experience in an administrative role is essential as is your ability to multi-task and work efficiently when under pressure. You will be an excellent organiser who is self-motivated and uses initiative within your role. Your keenness and general willingness to help out and the attitude that "nothing is too much trouble' will be well received and genuinely appreciated. This is a role that looks after the general administration of the clinical teams including and not limited to reception duties, fleet management, file management, resource ordering, and provides some EA support to the team managers from time to time.
To succeed in this role, your computer skills will be top notch and you will have mastered the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Power Point. An understanding of i.PM, HCC and Oracle Procurement will be a definite advantage and allow you to hit the ground running.
As you will be working within the unique and growing multicultural population of Counties Manukau, proficiency in a second language would be an advantage. Dependent on skills and experience the salary range is in line with the National Administrative staff collective agreement.
