Your unique contribution

The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for delivering the reporting, forecasting, analysis and assistance in process improvements for Supply Chain costs and Finished Goods Inventory.

The role will provide a comprehensive management accounting service, providing guidance and support the achievement of strategic and operational objectives for Pernod Ricard’s NZ operations.

Your responsibilities include:
- Partner with Supply Chain team to monitor operating expenditure spend on all finance-related matters for bottling, warehousing and finished goods & bulk wine export freight.- Co-ordinate, prepare, and provide analysis on rolling forecasts for NZ Brand Company Supply Chain functions- Partner with NZ Supply Chain team to all finished goods inventory including monthly reconciliation on finished goods inventory and slow moving stock actions- Complete and monitor balance sheet reconciliations

- Tertiary Qualification in Accounting with CAANZ membership or equivalent internationally recognized accounting body- Experience in a chartered accounting firm or finance department of a large corporate organisation- Analytical, problem solving and process improvement mindset- Effective business partnering and communication- Experience in a manufacturing company environment or FMCG industry an advantage
