Employment Lawyer - Senior Solicitor

Christchurch - Full-Time
- Our client, a well-known Christchurch practice possessing an exceptional and well merited reputation, is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their friendly team. They are seeking an Employment Lawyer who can take ownership of client files and progress cases mostly autonomously - with assistance provided as required.
The role is ideally suited to a career minded and ambitious individual wishing to specialize in Employment Law, representing both employers and employees.

- Selection Criteria

You will have:

- 4+ years PQE in Employment;
- Previous Mediation, Employment Relationships Authority and Employment Court experience;

- Employment Solicitor - Senior Solicitor to Associate

- Selection Criteria

You will have:

- Employment Law experience;
- Mediation and Court experience;
- Excellent drafting and advocacy skills;
- The ability to work semi-autonomously;

- A familiarity with Health and Safety legislation is desirable, but not essential.
- Employment & Litigation Solicitor 2-4 years PQE

Christchurch - Full-Time
- Are you looking for a newly created role that offers work autonomy and the opportunity to quickly advance? Our client is seeking an experienced Litigator and/or Employment Lawyer to advise their clients and take ownership of client files. This role is ideally suited to a career minded and ambitious individual, who is looking to work across both Litigation and Employment Law. You will be involved in interesting and complex assignments, across a diverse range of clients and industries. You may already be a Litigation Solicitor, an Employment Law Specialist, or a General Practice Solicitor with some Litigation experience.
As a valued team member, you will never be bored as this role will provide plenty of variety. You will be helping with both Civil and Commercial Litigation, Employment, as well as Health and Safety matters.

- Selection Criteria

You will need:

- Strong communication and mediation skills.
