Role overview
- Our client is seeking an experienced Litigator and/or Employment Lawyer to advise their clients and take ownership of client files.

This role is ideally suited to a career minded ambitious individual, who is looking to work across both litigation and employment law. You may already be a litigation solicitor, an employment law specialist, or perhaps a general practice solicitor with some litigation experience. As a valued team member, you will never be bored as this role will provide plenty of variety. You will be helping with both civil and commercial litigation, employment and health and safety matters. As such it would be preferrable that you had some previous experience in mediation, as well as hearings in Court.

- Selection criteria
- You will have:

- 2 to 4 years PQE in litigation or employment / health and safety;
- Previous mediation experience;
- Preferably had previous appearances at the Employment Relations Authority or in Court;
- The ability and empathy to interact confidently with a wide range of people; and
- Possession of strong communication and mediation skills.
