We are looking for an exceptional Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team and partner with our Corporate functions and Executive team.

Our finance team is dedicated to providing support to the business to ensure we continue to perform at a level required by our residents and shareholders. You are guaranteed to be kept on your toes. You will need to use your initiative, be comfortable shifting gear if priorities change, and be tech savvy - familiarity with Technology One (our Finance system) and TM1 IBM analytics would also be a bonus As a fast-growing organisation there's always a focus on continuous improvements and we count on you to help us on this journey.

**What will your responsibilities be?**

The Senior Finance Business Partner role is responsible for providing management accounting services to the organisation through a business partnering model. You will work closely with our Corporate functions (IT, HR, Projects, and others) to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve Summerset's long-term financial objectives. You will also be responsible for board reporting and other executive reporting on the overall results of Summerset.

This role will require you to be both strategic and provide day to day advice and support to Business Leaders. The Senior Finance Business Partner will have a good understanding of business processes in a commercial environment. A commercial view will be required, and the ability to challenge and influence others to ensure optimal business unit outcomes are achieved.

**Who are we looking for?**
- CA,CPA, CIMA or equivalent qualified
- Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in a commercial industry
- Experience in managing corporate functions
- Experience in market leading financial analysis and BI tools / systems with strong modeling skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels with both financial and non-financial managers
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proven technical ability including advanced excel skills
- Dashboarding, scorecarding and budgeting experience
- Experience in presenting to business leaders and executive management
- Self-driven and results orientated
