We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Nurse to join our Mental Health and Addiction Group based at the Hawke’s Bay Fallen Soldiers Memorial Hospital.

The role Nurse Educator, will coordinate the development, implementation and evaluation of training and education, not only in Mental Health and Addictions Services but will work in collaboration for organisational wide training for Te Whatu Ora - Te Matau a Maui Hawke's Bay.

The Nurse Educator will be an effective role model who will demonstrate a high level of clinical competence, professional leadership and provide support (clinical, professional and academic) to staff/education participants and their managers.

The ideal applicant will be assessed at Level 4 of the National PDRP programme and will either have or be working towards a Post Graduate Diploma qualification or Masters.

The Nurse Educator will be a part of the Professional Development Unit for Te Matau a Maui, Hawke's Bat District.
