This bustling bar in the heart of the Octagon prides itself on being the place to go for an after work beer to the place you meet your friends on a Friday night. **The Role**
Our security team is the first point of contact for all of our customers along with being a direct extension of our brand. It is vital that you provide a warm welcome to our guests and continue that rapport throughout the evening. Your role includes:

- Proactively monitoring intoxication levels within our site
- Reporting and coordinating with the head of security
- Managing and de escalating conflict
- Upholding the sale and supplier of Liquor Act 2012
- Checking ID’s

- Be able to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Communicate effectively
- Be trustworthy and mature
- Be able to control tricky situations and conversations responsibly
- Share the passion we have for our brand and demonstrate this
