Job Title**:Commercial cleaner**

Key tasks and responsibilities:

- Clean designated areas in offices, construction sites, and residential places
- Perform various cleaning actions such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc
- Clean, dust and polish furniture, fixtures and fittings
- Collect, remove and dispose of all kinds of waste, rubbish, and recyclable material, empty the rubbish bins
- Replenish the supplies in kitchen, laundry, and bathroom
- Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks when needs
- Ensure all areas are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Keep facilities and areas clean and maintained
- Protect cleaning equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify on any damages or any breakages
- Notify on necessary repairs
- Check and monitor stocking levels of all cleaning products and report to the manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times
- Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end
- Report, return and log any properties found
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
- Any other duties the employer may reasonably require the employee to perform

Pay rate: Minimum $23.00/ hour Maximum $27.00/ hour

Guaranteed hours of work per week: Minimum 30 hours, permanent full-time

Requirements for the job:

- At least 1 years of relevant work experience is required
- Always pay attention to details
- Have good time management skills
- Full time availability
- No criminal record
