We are looking for a qualified and experienced Control Systems Engineer to join our highly capable team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in an industry leading facility with over 130 robots and a fully robotic warehouse. You’ll be responsible for:
Specifying, writing and commissioning safety controller’s
Specifying, writing and commissioning PLC and HMI’s
Setting up and creating Ignition SCADA screens for plant and equipment
Assisting with developing and improving existing machinery
Resolving breakdowns and attending to emergencies that may stop the factory from running
You’ll never be bored in our state of the art, fully automated, impressive facility - there’s LOTS to do

**A little bit about you**:
With your 5+ years of experience, some of the systems you’ll be working with:
Flexisoft safety controllers
Omron - NX102 PLC, NA5 HMI
Allen Bradley - Micro800, MicroLogix, CompactLogix, Panelview HMI
Ignition SCADA
Omron Robots - SCARA, Delta, 6-axis, AMR
MiR AMRs
Yaskawa servos
Cognex cameras - Checker cameras, In-Sight cameras
There will also be some opportunities to learn and work with the following Robots:
Omron Robots - SCARA, Delta, 6-axis, AMR
MiR AMRs
ABB Palletizing Robots
You will be a qualified Engineer from an extensive PLC, automation background.

You will have experience working in a plastics manufacturing/injection moulding role (would be highly advantageous)

You will have plenty of experience carrying out work on VSD’s, sensors, actuators, instrumentation, Networking, fieldbus, device comms, robotics, machine vision, electrical and some mechanical knowledge on plastics moulding machinery.

You are equally good working unsupervised and will bring strong problem-solving skills. You’ve got a great attitude, take pride in your work, love to have a laugh.

You will work within a close-knit team of professionals to do what it takes to get the job done. You’ll be a great fit for the team with your strong work ethic and good sense of humour.
