About the role
The role of Senior Client Experience Analyst is to listen, gather and analyse data, to develop actionable insights which tell compelling client stories to our leaders and frontline staff.
As a champion of the voice of the client, the Senior Client Experience Analyst leads collaborative projects with Service Delivery teams, using best practice quantitative research, survey methodologies, and design thinking to support continuous improvement for our clients.

About you

**To be successful in the role, you will have the following**:

- Strong client focus
- Relevant experience and qualifications in designing and leading client research using survey and quantitative methodology
- Strong experience using the principles and practice that underpin client experience and service design - Strong quantitative analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Can find solutions to complex problems - Strong computer literacy with experience using analytical software, and digital collaboration tools

**Salary range**: $99,546.00 - $120,778.00
