**Key tasks & responsibilities**:

- Taking and serving food and beverage orders and receiving payment from customers.
- Preparing fried food such as fried fish and fries.
Washing, cutting, measuring and mixing foods for cooking.
- Operating cooking equipment such as grills, microwaves, and deep-fat fryers.
- Ensuring that all Chinese Cuisine dishes are prepared to meet the required standards.
- Ensuring that all Chinese Cuisine recipes and preparation requirements are followed accurately.
- Cleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils.
- Ordering and taking delivery of fast-food ingredients.
- May arrange delivery of prepared food and beverages.
- General kitchen cleaning and hygiene duties.

**To be a right for this role and our organization, you need**:

- Some relevant Chinese Cuisine working experience or a Level 4 or above Cookery-related certificate.
- Adaptable to change and able to multitask.
- Be reliable and responsible.
- Be fit enough to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Must be able to work on weekends and work overtime
- Must be flexible to meet the early morning and late night shifts.
- Long-term and full commitments are required.
- Complying with health and safety regulations.
- Be able to pass a police check.
