If this sounds like you, we have a rare & exciting opportunity that’s opened for an Espresso Machine Technician to join our Allpress team, based in Dunedin.

**About the role**

Being an Allpress Technician, you are responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining our customer’s espresso equipment throughout New Zealand. As we exclusively work with La Marzocco machinery, experience with these machines is preferred.

A big part of this role is engaging and building trusted relationships with our customers, whether it be through talking about our coffee, checking in with how their machine is going or just having a chat about the weekend - so having a natural ability to connect with people is a must.

You will be required to spend time on the road independently so being able to think quickly on your feet and able to adapt easily to different situations is a must.

This position does include travel throughout NZ (mainly in the South Island) and requires availability for regular scheduled weekend work and on-call support, which is shared evenly between the team.
- A passion for great coffee

- Strong communication skills
- Experience with maintaining and repairing espresso machinery
- Good time management and organisational skills
- An Electrical Appliance Serviceperson (EAS) qualification is an advantage
- Full drivers license
