- **About the opportunity**

Our Group Asset Maintenance Team support our manufacturing sites with Master data for plant assets.We are on an exciting sustainability journey which means this is a premium time to join us as Early Equipment Management (EEM) Regional Lead for the Upper North Island and, in collaboration with the Central EEM management team, providing leadership and delivery of EEM principles to new assets.Working closely with Engineering Project Managers, Maintenance, Operations and Global Asset Engineering teams you will be responsible for the deployment of EEM philosophy across Regional Capital Projects within the UNI Region.You will offer a fresh perspective on how master data, maintenance and information management is applied and managed for both new and existing assets. Your forte will be building lasting relationships with vendors and stakeholders, and you’ll be key point of contact ensuring the delivery of EEM from conception to closeout.Core responsibilities include:
- Embedding EEM principles into Fonterra’s BMS standard process
- Deploying Asset Care strategies along with asset information co-ordination and delivery
- Measuring performance to promote project delivery on time, in scope and within budget.

The key to your success will be your ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders to work collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes. You’ll also relish in a fast paced environment while remaining cool calm and collected.Key skills and attributes required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders in multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong organizational, planning and problem solving skills (preferably from within a portfolio or project management environment)
- Delivery high quality results in changing environments
- Tech savvy computer skills with sound MS Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)
- A technical understanding of capital projects from a maintenance perspective would also beneficial.
