**Join the team**

We're looking for someone to take the project lead for our Talent Acquisition space as we open our new Distribution Centre in Ruakura, close proximity to Hamilton. This role will see you responsible for the proactive and strategic sourcing of our salaried and wages team across a variety of management and team member roles in the new space. This role will also see you flex your time in the Learning and Capability space, supporting the ongoing investment in our onboarding and induction strategy. Drawing on your years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, deep sourcing capability, knowledge of talent segments, markets and industry activity, you will deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes.

**What you’ll be doing**

As our Project Lead - Talent Acquisition working for Kmart you will:

- Lead the recruitment of our salaried and wages team as we open our new New Zealand Distribution Centre in Ruakura.
- Identify new ways to engage, attract and source talent
- Business partner with your hiring team to support and guide hiring managers through the TA process
- Project plan, execute and report on the hiring progress

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:

- Previous end to end recruitment experience
- Strong, high volume recruitment experience
- Proficiency using a variery of recruitment systems, understanding of Success Factors is a bonus.
- Demonstrated experience in utilising talent search across various disciplines.
