**What you’ll do**:
The Graduate Program is a chance for you to gain experience and build real connections, getting exposure to a range of different and dynamic teams and business areas. You’ll get to work with some senior business leaders and receive training that’s a mixture of structured and on-the-job aimed at helping you decide where you’d like to grow and develop.
By the time the program is complete you’ll be equipped with a broad set of skills, in-depth knowledge of the Suncorp Group and the ways we make a difference for our customers, and a clearer idea of just how you’d like to chase your own ambitions.
**Technology Graduates (Auckland location)**:
Suncorp’s Technology teams are the engine room of our organisation. Together they lead our Group strategy and drive transformation of end-to-end customer experience while creating value through digitisation and technology innovation. Our Business-aligned technology teams work alongside each business to deliver on their strategic aspirations and operational requirements.
With your IT (or related) degree, leverage your critical thinking, curious mindset, and collaboration skills to design, develop and deliver brilliant ideas alongside a diverse and inclusive team. As a Technology Graduate, some of the diverse business areas you could gain exposure to are Business Analysis; Development; Testing; Data Science; Data Engineering; and Process Improvement.

**To be eligible for the Suncorp 2024 Graduate Program you must have**:
- Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand
- Partial or full completion of undergraduate level study with an Australian or New Zealand University (or equivalent Tertiary Institution) within the last 4 years (2021 - 2023), and have completed a minimum of undergraduate level study prior to the program commencing
- Minimum ‘pass’ grade
