**The Opportunity**
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team in the Rotorua branch.
This varied role will see you supporting an established book of business with the opportunity to grow and develop the book. Your willingness to turn your hand to anything and initiative are key, as are working in a team.
**Day to day you might work on**:
- Responding to client enquiries
- Document management
- Preparing client renewal paperwork
- Premium negotiations
- Policy and new business submissions
There will be a focus on strong customer service, professionalism and credibility ensuring clients walk away having had an excellent experience.
**About you**
You would ideally come from an insurance background, but we are open to hearing from people who come from Banking, Finance or Payroll. You must be able to demonstrate proven client management skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Experience working in liability and risk insurance
- The ability to deliver high standards of quality client service
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Positive attitude and aim to succeed.
- A team player
