We are looking for a Technical Support Administrator to join our technical team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by providing technical assistance to our Out of Home customers (OOH - fuel stations, cafés, and hotels etc) and administrative support to 3 of our skilled technicians maintaining our coffee machinery.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Communicate and liaison with internal technicians and OOH customers with the aim to resolve technical issues via phone
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up until resolution
- Maintain systems data including accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions
- Supporting the implementation of Salesforce to the business
- Loading and facilitation of oil channel general services monthly
- Setup, amend and terminate of general services agreements

**Qualifications**:
To be the best Technical Support Administrator, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

- Atleast 2 years customer services experience
- Previous barista and coffee machine experience - Advantage
- SAP experience - Advantage
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer Proficiency
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Valid Unrestricted Work Visa
