**Requirements**:

- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the building industry.
- Proven leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Relevant qualifications in construction.
- Own tool kit and a valid driver's license.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.
