Lending Consultant

First Credit Union is seeking an energetic person to join their team as a Lending Consultant.

This is an entry level role primarily processing personal loans, and generally promoting First Credit Union’s products and services. You will work closely with members matching their financial needs to those products and services, contributing to the growth of the organisation and our members financial wellbeing.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this position, you will have:

- Previous experience in a lending or financial services role would be an advantage.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues before they arise.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong numeric skills
- Integrity with a solid ethics and values base
- Resilience and a high level of initiative
- Customer service skills
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

We are seeking someone who can balance the needs of members whilst working within the guidelines of First Credit Union.
