The Problem Manager is critical to making this happen and will:
Run Post Incident Reviews (PIRs) for all NZ Major Incidents, and P3s on request (capacity allowing).
Analyse incident data to identify and categorise problems and known errors, including gathering feedback from business users.
Track all NZ Major Problem Actions, including working with teams to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
Formulate and present effective individual business cases for long-term resolution of service interruptions, including but not limited to root cause elimination.
Act as the Problem Management SME within the New Zealand Division.
Govern New Zealand technology teams are adhering to the Problem Management process.

Relationship Management - Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organisation including senior and executive leadership.
Facilitation - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively during or after a crisis, and run meetings/manage actions, agenda etc
Accountability - Self-motivated, self-directed and does what they say they will.
Communication - Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
Analysis - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Curiosity - Interest in how processes/systems work, new techniques, and technology
