We are looking for an Administrator to join our high-performing team and be responsible for contract processing and internal customer service functions. **This is a full-time permanent position for based out of our Mount Wellington office but working remotely.**

**_In this role you will:_**
- Be responsible for all sales processing
- Be a compliance gatekeeper, not only responsible for data entry, but also for verifying the integrity of data received;
- Process credits and contract terminations;
- Build relationships within the team
**_To succeed in this role, you will:_**
- Possess a high level of attention to detail;
- **be able to work Australian hours (10.30am - 7pm NZ time)**:
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills
- Be an agile learner and able to adapt easily;
- Be a big picture thinker and have a solution-orientated focus;
- Be comfortable working in a deadline driven environment whilst ensuring everything is reconciled and data integrity is maintained;
- Be able to demonstrate working effectively under pressure whilst keeping a smile in your voice and remaining calm.
- Have strong relationship building and communication skills;
- Be self-motivated;
