**About the role**

As a Solution Architect, you'll be a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and have responsibilities of mentoring colleagues.

You'll lead the design and architecture of the D365 solution, including data integration, report/dashboards metrics, and technical solutions that align with business needs. Core focus of this role will be to design and implement a D365 solution from ground up with a support of wider technical team.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and own the technology architecture for D365, including roadmaps, solution design, data, and integrations.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop effective solutions, based on best practices and standard functionality when possible.
- Plan, oversee and conduct design, implementation, and support activities. Provide guidance and validate solutions, proposed by the team after a full team is in place.
- Create and maintain technical documents, including process and systems design documents, test plans, specifications and automations, and user guides.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to colleagues and other relevant stakeholders.

**What you need?**
- Extensive experience as a Technical Solutions Architect, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics F&O.
- Solid understanding of Software delivery for Dynamics 365
- Ability to gather requirements, support customers, assist with discovery, and translate technical concepts to non-technical client stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to shift priorities, be open to change
- Hands-on experience implementing and customising Dynamics
- Passion for continuous learning and development
- Strong communication skills, ability to lead and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
