We have an opportunity for a Scrum Master to join our Technology team in Auckland. Scrum Masters are servant leaders and coaches for Agile Teams. The Scrum Master’s primary responsibility is optimising teams’ flow to support the delivery of value.
**Your key Responsibilities will include**:
- Working with teams to select and develop their ways of working.
- Optimise the delivery of value through understanding and supporting flow within the teams, and their broader delivery systems.
- Facilitate the removal of impediments.
- Exhibit lean-agile leadership.
- Coach the team in continuous delivery and improvement.
- Support the team to engage and collaborate with customers and stakeholders.
- Creating visibility of quality, predictability, and flow using metrics to show progress.
- Support the Product Owner in refining the product backlog.
**To be successful in this role, you will bring**:
- At least 2 years in a scrum master or equivariant role
- Product ownership experience
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Scrum Master Certification
- Excellent prioritisation and forecasting skills
- Strong growth mindset, and Lean capability
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams
