**What will you be doing?**

At Tower, we are progressing boldly to align with future insurance trends. To enable this, we have created this exciting opportunity that will directly impact our customers and set us apart from the rest.

In this role, you will contribute to the success of Tower's new business and customer strategy by analyzing data and creating meaningful and valuable customer, channel, and new business performance insights.

**Our customers are our compass. **As a trusted advisor to our Chief Revenue, Marketing & Brand Officer, you will translate customer insights into actionable strategic recommendations.

You can expect to be across the following:

- Analyse revenue and customer data and translate information into insights used to understand key customer segments, acquisition channel performance, product and market data to help shape customer growth, revenue and channel performance and campaign strategy and optimisations.
- Manage relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to improve claim performance.
- Develop clear and comprehensive monthly/weekly/daily revenue and new business performance and customer segment reports, with actionable recommendations and insights.
- Have a deep understanding of the key metrics and drivers of new business performance and customer growth utlising technology to source data g Google Analytics and Power BI
- Own BAU reporting of new business performance and customer insights providing regular recommendations for improvement as well as coordinating and contributing to ad-hoc deep dives.
- Own the development and provision of regular and ad-hoc analytical insights.
- Ideate and think out of the box to recommend and contribute to improvements.
- Wrangle data and anecdotal feedback from across the business and collaborate with data analysis/engineering teams, pricing & product teams, customer experience squads, finance, and the front-line teams to generate meaningful and actionable insights.

**What you'll need**
- At least 5 years working in a data-driven business performance role preferably in the Financial Services and customer or marketing insights roles.
- You will thrive in connecting strategy to tactical decisions and want to consider the end-to-end impact of decision-making.
- You'll be very comfortable working in the data landscape and pull together well-rounded insights and recommendations.
- Strong data analysis / reporting skills (including experience with providing Excel reports as well as working in PowerBi).
- You're a natural problem solver who's not afraid to innovate and challenge the way we do things.
- Proven ability to manage and positively engage a diverse range of stakeholders including senior and executive leaders.
- Be in the sweet spot of being technically savvy with great business/commercial acumen allowing you to translate data and ideas into actionable insight.
- Being familiar with statistical methods, understanding statistical significance, and the importance of segmentation and sample size.
- Have a 'customer first mindset and a bias for getting things done.
