**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
The work of the Organisational Culture Development function is to enable Te Whatu Ora to operate at its best, whilst developing the capability and agility of the teams and leaders to deliver on Te Whatu Ora's vision, purpose, values, and priorities.
The primary focus of this role is:
- design administrative, support capacity, permission, and reporting functions.
- determine how to administer the system and ensure appropriate access and support.
**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Several years' experience in administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience in working with key stakeholders and leaders to help build a culture of continuous learning.
- Experience in health-related industry preferred.
