As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant to join our dedicated team.

The Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our air conditioning equipment installation projects. This position involves both on-site assistance and administrative duties to ensure the smooth execution of our services. Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems.
- Conducting site assessments alongside senior technicians to determine the best installation strategies.
- Managing inventory and ensuring all necessary equipment and tools are available for projects.
- Handling logístical arrangements for project execution, including scheduling and transportation of materials.
- Providing administrative support, including document preparation, project scheduling, and client communication.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards on all project sites.
- Staying updated on the latest technologies and techniques in air conditioning installation and maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in air conditioning equipment installation or a closely related field.
- Relevant qualification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of air conditioning systems and installation procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both team environments and independently.
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to air conditioning installation.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites.
