Play a key role in managing the backlog of bugs.
- Perform manual testing such as:

- Testing software during and after development.
- Testing of improvements and bug fixes.
- Exploratory testing.
- Regression testing.
- User acceptance testing.
- Developing test plans within the context of a cross-functional team.
- Involved in the development and maintenance of automated tests.
- Collaborate with others to define and resolve issues in advance of frequent releases.
- Involved in the product development life cycle to help achieve the best quality outcomes
- Identifying opportunities to automate manually-tested operations.
- Opportunities for cross-skilling and learning.
- Working with remote teams in Europe and Asia.
- Other duties, reasonably associated with the role, as directed by management

**Requirements**:

- Strong presentation skills and a clear, proactive communication style
- An appetite to learn with the ability to take direction and be coached
- Fluency/familiarity with Test Automation tools such as Cypress, Postman, RestAssured, etc.
- Experience of working with an Agile software development lifecycle (Kanban or Scrum) is preferable
- Willingness to learn working in a CI/CD & cloud computing environment
- Experience of working with collaboration tools such as Jira/Confluence or equivalent
